Bow Holdings Ltd. respects your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices of Bow Holdings Ltd. and anyone on its behalf (together, all will be referred to as "Bow" or "We") on www.buzzdoes.com (the "Website"), Bow's plug-in for mobile applications, on Bow's own mobile applications and on Bow's website add-ons (all four together referred to in this Policy as "BuzzDoesTM"). It describes how Bow collects and uses your personal information on BuzzDoesTM and the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
This policy is incorporated to BuzzDoesTM's Website Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"), to the BuzzDoesTM End User License Agreements and to the BuzzDoesTM Developer License Agreement (the "License Agreements").
What is the BuzzDoesTM all about?
BuzzDoesTM is a new and exciting way to recommend mobile apps that you like to your friends, receive redeemable credits if they follow your recommendation, install the app and register to BuzzDoesTM.
What Information Do We Collect?
Before You Register. When you install an app that incorporates BuzzDoesTM, We record some details that do not identify you personally: the app you installed, a unique identification of your mobile device (UDID in Apple systems, ID in Google Android devices etc.) and the date of installing the app. If you install further apps that use BuzzDoesTM, We will use your unique identifier and create a list of all such apps. That's it. We cannot tell anything else about you at this stage. In particular, We do not know – and will never know – who you really are unless you register to BuzzDoesTM.
When You Register. If you want to use BuzzDoesTM to recommend apps to your friends, you must first register to BuzzDoesTM and accept the Terms of Use. There are two ways to register to BuzzDoesTM: you can login through your Facebook account or register directly with us.
PLEASE USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE WHEN YOU UPLOAD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.
No matter how you registered or login to BuzzDoesTM, once you do that We will associate the information We have about your mobile unique identification with you. At this stage We will have a list of all the information you provided during the registration or login process, the apps you installed that includes BuzzDoesTM (or all apps installed on your device, if your device uses the Android operating system) and the date in which you installed them.
When You Use BuzzDoesTM After Registration. Once you registered to BuzzDoesTM and send recommendations to your friends, We must be able to credit your account in those cases that, according to Our License Agreements, you are entitled to credits. In order to do that We monitor and record the recommendations you sent to your friends. When you send a recommendation to contact persons or Facebook friends, we will keep their names, email addresses or Facebook IDs. We will also keep a list of the apps you recommended and the time and date of their transmission .
We will also need you to provide your Pay-Pal account details, so that we could transfers rewards to you. We may allow additional payment methods in the future and ask you to provide us their details as well, to transfer the rewards to you.
Rest assured: We DO NOT copy your mobile address book. However, through our website you are able to actively import your address book from Gmail, Facebook and other online services that We may add from time to time. If you use this function, We will of course keep your lists of contacts on our servers.
Your friends may follow your recommendations. Once they register to BuzzDoesTM following the recommendation that you have sent them you may be entitled to a credit that may be redeemed as a reward [In this case, We will record and store the information pertaining to your accumulated credits and make it available to you through our website].
When you access the Website. If you wish to complete Our online contact form, We will require you to provide us with personal information, such as your name and contact details. We will explicitly indicate the fields designated for mandatory completion. Please note that if you provide false, incorrect, or out dated information, or only partial information, it may impair Our ability to contact you.
What Information Will Be Presented to Your Friends?
Your friends will be able to see which apps that use BuzzDoesTM you installed, if your mobile device uses iOS and all apps that you installed if your mobile device uses the Android operating system. They may see it either through the mobile plug-in or on our website. You may avoid that if so you wish through your account's settings at BuzzDoes.com.
Will It Be Available To Others Except Your Friends?
We attempt to limit access to the BuzzDoesTM information by search engine "crawlers". We take action to block access of these engines to personal information on BuzzDoesTM, beyond users’ name, profile picture, and limited aggregated data about users’ profile. Nevertheless, after being uploaded to BuzzDoesTM, your list of apps and any other content that you upload is not private or confidential and you should not have any expectation of privacy with respect to it. You are solely responsible for the content that you upload. Please consider adopting measures to protect your privacy, including providing an anonymous user name and refraining from providing personal and identifying or identifiable details when not required.
We may collect further information when you use BuzzDoesTM. For example, We may record the amount of spreads, activities, and conversion rate and standard traffic web usage information such as the Internet protocol (IP) address and the domain name through which you access the BuzzDoesTM website , and the geographic location of the computer system that you are using to log-in.
Further information may be collected when We exchange communications with you, for example, if you submit a request to BuzzDoesTM's customer support, or when you contact BuzzDoesTM in any other way.
What does Bow do with your personally identifiable information?
Bow may use your personally identifiable information for the following purposes only:
· to enable you to use BuzzDoesTM and to provide you with BuzzDoesTM;
· to provide you with the credits you may be entitled to when your friends follow your recommendation;
· to present your friends and anyone you communicate with through BuzzDoesTM with your list of apps;
· to improve and customize your experience as well as the experience of other users on BuzzDoesTM;
· to develop new features on BuzzDoesTM;
· to provide you with support and handle your communication or complaints;
· to send you updates, notices and information related to BuzzDoesTM;
· to provide you with further marketing and advertising material, subject to your prior indication of consent on BuzzDoesTM. At any time you may opt out of BuzzDoesTM's mailing lists, by changing your preferences in your Service’s personal account. In any case, Bow will not knowingly share your personal identifiable details with any advertisers, without your explicit consent;
· to enforce the Terms of Use or the applicable License Agreements;
· to contact you as and when Bow believes it to be necessary;
· to comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies under any applicable law, when Bow has a good faith belief that Bow’s cooperation with the law enforcement agencies is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards;
· to prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of BuzzDoesTM;
· to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and BuzzDoesTM or the Website, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with BuzzDoesTM or the Website;
How Do We Use Aggregated Information?
Aggregated Information will not identify you personally. We may use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information collected through BuzzDoesTM, including posting, disseminating, transmitting or otherwise communicating or making available such information through BuzzDoesTM, or to users on BuzzDoesTM, partners, apps' developers and any other third party, at our sole discretion.
Bow may also use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information to compile a list of popular apps, to properly operate BuzzDoesTM, to improve the quality of BuzzDoesTM, to enhance your experience, to create new services and features and for any further internal, commercial and statistical purposes.
Sharing information with others
Bow does not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties for any of their marketing purposes.
Bow may share personally identifiable information with others in any of the following instances, or subject to your explicit consent:
· When you register to BuzzDoesTM, your friends will see what apps that incorporate BuzzDoesTM you installed on your mobile device, if you use iOS, and what apps you installed as a whole, if you use the Android operating system.
· To operate BuzzDoesTM, including to process payments and to send messages;
· If Bow reasonably believes that you have breached the Terms of Use or the applicable License Agreements, or abused your rights to use BuzzDoesTM, or performed any act or omission that Bow reasonably believes to be violating any applicable law, rules, or regulations. Bow may share your information in these cases with law enforcement and other competent authorities and with any third party, as may be required to handle any result of your activity;
· If Bow is required, or reasonably believes that it is required, by law to share or disclose your information;
· In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Bow or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with BuzzDoesTM;
· In any case where Bow reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property;
· If Bow organizes the operation of BuzzDoesTM within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity, or if Bow is acquired by, or merged into or with another entity, provided however, that those entities agree to be bound by the provisions of this policy, with respective changes taken into consideration;
· Bow may also share personally identifiable information with companies or organizations connected, or affiliated with Bow, such as subsidiaries, sister-companies and parent companies, and other partners, with the express provision that their use of such information must comply with this policy.
Do We Give You a Choice?
Bow provides you with an opportunity to opt-out of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when We ask for this information.
For instance, if you no longer wish to share your list of apps with your friends, you may indicate that through your account's preferences on BuzzDoesTM. If you do not want to receive our promotional communications or our service related announcements, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication or by emailing us at your personal settings page, or you may contact us at support@buzzdoes.com to opt-out.
At any time you may access your account on BuzzDoesTM and edit, or amend your personal information. If you find that the information on your account is not accurate, complete or updated, than you must make all necessary changes to correct it. Please keep in mind that false, incorrect, or outdated information may prevent you from registering with BuzzDoesTM and impair the ability to provide you with the payments that you may be entitled to receive.
How Do We Track Our Website's Activity?
Bow may use cookies on BuzzDoesTM. Cookies are packets of information sent by Our servers to your web browser and then sent back by the browser each time it accesses Our servers.
The cookies may contain a variety of information, such as the Website pages you have accessed, session durations and IP addresses.
We may use cookies for various purposes, such as to save you the need to re-enter your user name and password each time you log-in to BuzzDoesTM, to facilitate the use of BuzzDoesTM, to collect statistical information with respect to the use of BuzzDoesTM, to verify information, to customize your personal preferences and for information security purposes.

Do We Let Others Publish On Our Website?

The advertisements that you see when you use or access BuzzDoesTM are redirected from the servers of those advertising companies. Some advertisers may use cookies on your computer. The cookies enable them to collect information about services that you have accessed, advertisements posted on those sites and the advertisements that you have viewed. In this manner advertisers try to customize advertisements to your preferences and for their own business purposes. The advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not to this Policy. If you wish to study the privacy policies of those advertisers you should visit their Services, or contact them directly.
Important notice about children's privacy
BUZZDOESTM IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13. IF YOU ARE NOT 13 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE BUZZDOESTM AND MUST NOT PROVIDE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS.
Bow strongly encourages parents to monitor their children's use of mobile services and the Internet. We will delete a child’s personally identifiable information if a parent so requests by sending an e-mail to support@buzzdoes.com. If We learn that a child under the age of 13 years has provided personally identifiable information to BuzzDoesTM without verifiable parental consent, We will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.
How Do We Secure Your Information?
Bow implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, although Bow takes great efforts to protect your privacy, Bow cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that BuzzDoesTM and BuzzDoesTM's databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse, or that your private communications on or through BuzzDoesTM will remain private.
Where is my personal information processed?
Bow stores and processes the information through a third party's hosting services, including in the USA If you are in the European Economic Area, or in any other jurisdiction that regulates the transfer of personal information outside that jurisdiction, then you hereby grant Bow your explicit and unambiguous consent to transfer your personal information to the USA, for the purposes described in this policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Bow may from time to time change the terms of this policy. Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after Bow has posted an initial notification on the Website's homepage or any other relevant pages on the Website, with respect to such changes. Other changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Website, unless Bow amends this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use to comply with legal requirements. In such cases the amendments will become effective immediately upon their initial posting, or as required.
You agree to be bound by any of the changes made in the terms of this Policy. Continuing to use BuzzDoesTM will indicate your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, you must avoid any further use of BuzzDoesTM.
